It sets out, among others, the rules of concluding sales agreements through the shop, containing the most important information about the Seller, the shop and the Consumer's rights.

- 1 DEFINITIONS
Weekdays - days from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
Account - free function of the Shop regulated by separate regulations (service provided electronically), thanks to which the Buyer may create his individual Account in the Shop.
Consumer - A consumer as defined in the (Polish) Civil Code.
Buyer - each entity which buys in the Shop.
Terms and conditions - these regulations.

- 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- It is necessary for the proper functioning of the Shop:
- Internet-enabled device
- A web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
To place an order in the Shop, in addition to the requirements specified in paragraph 1, an active e-mail account is necessary.
- 4 SHOPPING IN THE SHOP
- The prices of goods visible in the Shop are the total prices of goods, including VAT.
- The Seller shall point out that the total price of the order consists of the price for the goods indicated in the Shop and, if applicable, the cost of delivery of the goods.
- The goods you choose to buy must be added to the shopping basket of the Shop.
- Next, the Buyer chooses from the following options available in the Shop: the method of delivery of goods and the method of payment for the order, as well as provides the data necessary to complete the order.
- The order is placed at the moment of confirmation of its content and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Buyer.
- Placing an order is the same as concluding a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
- The Seller shall provide the Consumer with confirmation of the conclusion of the contract of sale on a durable medium at the latest upon delivery of the goods.
- The Buyer may register in the Shop, i.e. create an Account with it or make purchases without registration, by providing their data each time an order is placed.
- 5 PAYMENTS
- You can pay for your order at the Buyer’s choice:
- By credit card:
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- MasterCard
- MasterCard Electronic
- Maestro
Through a payment platform:
- dotpay
If the Buyer chooses to pay in advance, the order must be paid for within 1 Business Day of placing the order. The Seller informs that in case of some payment methods, due to their specific nature, payment of the order with this method is possible only immediately after placing the order. While shopping, the Buyer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The buyer has the right to withdraw his acceptance.
- 6 PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT
- The Seller shall be obliged to deliver the goods without defects.
- The date of order completion is indicated in the Shop.
- In the case that the Buyer has chosen to pay in advance for the order, the Seller shall proceed to the execution of the order upon its payment.
- If the Buyer has purchased goods with different delivery dates under one order, the order will be processed on the date appropriate for the goods with the longest delivery dates.

Goods purchased in the Shop are delivered depending on the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer:
- Through a courier company
- Through the Polish Post Office
- For InPost parcel vending machines
- 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller through the Store, subject to § 8 of the Terms and Conditions, within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The period for withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day:
- On which the Consumer took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer took possession of the goods
- On which the Consumer took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer took possession of the goods in the case of a contract imposing the obligation to transfer ownership of several items which are delivered separately.
- Conclusion of a contract - in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content.
- In order for the Consumer to exercise his right to withdraw from the contract, he must inform the Seller, using the data provided in § 2 of the Regulations, of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or information sent by e-mail).
- The consumer may use the model withdrawal form at the end of the Regulations, but it is not mandatory.
- To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for the consumer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL - In the case of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller shall reimburse the Consumer for all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery of goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- The reimbursement will be made by the Seller using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution, in each case the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this reimbursement.
- The seller may withhold the reimbursement of the payment until receipt of the goods or until proof of its return has been provided to him, depending on which event occurs first.
- The seller asks you to return the goods to address immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the deadline of 14 days.
- The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
- The consumer is liable only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the use of it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- If, due to its nature, the goods can not be sent in normal mode by post, the consumer will also have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The Consumer will be informed about the estimated amount of these costs by the Seller in the description of the goods in the Store or when placing the order.
- If there is a need to return funds for a transaction made by the Consumer with a payment card, the Seller will refund it to the bank account assigned to that payment card.
- 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the Consumer in relation to the contract:
- In which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs.
- In which the subject of the service is an item which is subject to rapid deterioration or which has a short expiry date.
- The subject of which is the supply of goods in sealed packaging which, when opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if it has been opened after delivery.
- In which the object of the performance is things which, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably connected with other things.
- Where the subject-matter of the contract is sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
- For the supply of newspapers, periodicals or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.
- Where the price or remuneration is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the trader's control and which may occur before the end of the withdrawal period.
- For the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance began with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the trader informs him of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
- 9 COMPLAINTS
- In case of a defect in the goods, the Buyer has the right to claim the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee regulated in the Civil Code, if the guarantee has been granted.
- Using the warranty, the Buyer may, according to the principles and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:
- Submit a declaration of reduction of the price
- In the case of a material defect - make a statement on withdrawal from the contract
- Demand replacement of things with ones free from defects,
- Demand to eliminate the defect,
- The Seller requests to submit a complaint on the basis of the warranty to the postal or electronic address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
- If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint it is necessary to deliver the goods to the Seller, the Buyer shall be obliged to deliver the goods, in the case of the Consumer at the expense of the Seller, to the address.
- If the goods have been granted an additional warranty, information about it, as well as about its conditions, is available in the product description in the Store.
- Complaints concerning the operation of the Store should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Terms and Conditions.
- The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days.
EXTRALEGAL WAYS OF HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND PURSUING CLAIMS - In the event that the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Consumer, the Consumer may use, among other things:
- Mediation conducted by the regionally competent Provincial Trade Inspection Inspectorate, to which a request for mediation should be submitted. As a rule, the procedure is free of charge. The list of inspectorates can be found here: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq595.
- Assistance of a locally competent permanent consumer arbitration court operating under the Voivodship Trade Inspection Inspectorate, which should be asked to hear the case before the arbitration court. As a rule, the procedure is free of charge. A list of courts is available at: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq596.
- Free help from the municipal or district consumer ombudsmen.

- 10 PERSONAL DATA
- The administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer during the use of the Shop is the Seller.
- Personal data of the Buyer shall be processed on the basis of the contract and for the purpose of its performance, in accordance with the rules specified in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR). Detailed information concerning the processing of data by the Seller can be found in the privacy policy published in the Shop.
- 11 RESERVATIONS
- It is forbidden for the Buyer to provide any illegal content.
- Each order placed in the Store constitutes a separate sales agreement and requires separate acceptance of the rules. The agreement is concluded on time and in order to fulfill the order.
- Contracts concluded on the basis of these Regulations shall be concluded in the Polish language.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit in any way the Consumer's rights arising from the provisions of law.
- The provisions concerning goods shall apply accordingly to digital content, unless the Regulations specify these issues separately.
- 12 PROVISIONS CONCERNING BUYERS WHO ARE NOT CONSUMERS
- The right of withdrawal from a distance contract shall not apply to an entity other than the Consumer.
- Any liability of the Seller towards a Buyer who is not a Consumer shall be excluded.
- In case of any dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.

- 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- For proper functioning and creation of the Account it is necessary:
- Active e-mail account
- Internet-enabled device
- A web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
- 4 ACCOUNT
- Creating an Account is entirely voluntary and depends on the will of the Buyer.
- The Account gives the Buyer additional possibilities, such as: viewing the history of orders placed by the Buyer in the Shop, checking the status of the order or independent editing of the Buyer's data.
- In order to open an Account you need to fill in an appropriate form in the Store.
- At the moment of opening the Account, the Buyer and the Seller conclude an agreement for an indefinite period of time with respect to maintaining the Account on the terms specified in the Terms and conditions.
- The Buyer may cancel the Account at any time without incurring any costs.
- In order to cancel your Account, please send your resignation to the Seller at the e-mail address: shop@2rebel.eu, which will result in immediate removal of the Account and termination of the agreement with respect to Account maintenance.
- 5 COMPLAINTS
- Complaints concerning the functioning of the Account should be sent to the e-mail address shop@2rebel.eu
- The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days.

- 7 RESERVATIONS
- It is forbidden for the Buyer to provide any illegal content.
- The Account Management Agreement shall be concluded in the Polish language.
- In case of the occurrence of important reasons referred to in section 4, the Seller shall have the right to amend these Account Regulations.
- Important reasons referred to in section 3 are:
- necessity to adjust the Shop to the law regulations applicable to the operations of the Shop,
- improvement of the safety of the service provided,
- change in the functionality of the Account requiring modification of the Account terms and conditions.
- The Buyer shall be informed about the planned change of the Account rules at least 7 days before the change is implemented by means of an e-mail sent to the address assigned to the Account.
- If the Buyer does not agree with the planned change, he should inform the Seller of it by sending a relevant message to the e-mail address of the Seller shop@2rebel.eu, which will result in termination of the agreement with respect to maintaining the Account at the moment of the planned change coming into force or earlier, if the Buyer makes such a request.
- If the Buyer does not object to the planned amendment until its effective date, it shall be deemed to have accepted it, which shall not constitute an obstacle to its termination in the future.
- In case of any dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit in any way the Consumer's rights arising from the provisions of law.
Newsletters Regulations
of 2Rebel shop
- 1 DEFINITIONS
Newsletter – a service provided free of charge by electronic means, thanks to which the Customer may receive from the Service Provider, by electronic means, previously ordered messages concerning the Store, including information about offers, promotions and novelties in the Store.

Service recipient - each entity using the Newsletter service.
- 2 Newsletter
- The Service recipient may voluntarily use the Newsletter service.
- In order to use the Newsletter service it is necessary to have a device with a web browser in the latest version, supporting JavaScript and cookies, with access to the Internet and an active e-mail account.
- E-mails sent under this service will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client at the time of signing up for the Newsletter.
- In order to conclude a contract and subscribe to the Newsletter service, the Service recipient, in the first step, provides its e-mail address, to which it wants to receive messages sent within the framework of the Newsletter, in a dedicated place on the Website. Then, to the e-mail address provided in the first step, the Service Provider will send the Service reipient an e-mail verifying the e-mail address, in which there will be a link to confirm the Client's willingness to subscribe to the Newsletter. After confirming the Service recipient’s willingness to subscribe to the Newsletter, a service contract is concluded and the Service Provider begins to provide the service to the Client.
- Messages sent as part of the Newsletter will contain information about the possibility of unsubscribing from it, as well as a link to unsubscribe.
- The Service recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter, without giving any reason or incurring any costs, at any time using the option referred to in paragraph 5 or by sending a message to the e-mail address of the Service Provider: shop@2rebel.eu
- The use by the Service recipient of a link to unsubscribe from the Newsletter or sending a message requesting unsubscribe from the Newsletter shall result in immediate termination of the contract with respect to the provision of this service.
- 3 Complaints
- Complaints concerning the Newsletter should be submitted to the Service Provider at the following e-mail address: shop@2rebel.eu.
- The Provider shall respond to the complaint within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint.
- 4 Personal data
- The Administrator of personal data provided by the Service recipient during the use of the Newsletter is the Provider.
- Personal data of the Buyer shall be processed on the basis of the contract and for the purpose of its performance, in accordance with the rules specified in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR). Detailed information concerning the processing of data by the Seller can be found in the privacy policy published in the Shop.
- 5 Final provisions
- The Provider reserves the right to change these regulations only for important reasons. An important reason is understood to be the need to change the regulations caused by the modernization of the Newsletter service or the change of legal regulations, affecting the provision of the service by the Provider.
- Information about the planned change of the regulations will be sent to the e-mail address of the Service recipient provided at the time of signing up for the Newsletter at least 7 days before the changes come into force.
- If the Service recipient does not object to the planned changes by the time they become effective, they shall be deemed to have been accepted.
- If the Client does not accept the planned changes, he or she should send a message to the Service Provider's e-mail address: shop@2rebel.eu, which will result in termination of the service contract upon entry into force of the planned amendments.
- It is forbidden for the Client to provide illegal content.
