Withdrawal from the contract - Return of goods

If you are a consumer, you are generally entitled to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by sending a return form together with the product to be returned, which you can download above.

It is best to file a return by e-mail: shop@2rebel.eu 

Return the item to us immediately at the address: 2REBEL / Omnipack Ożarowska 40/42 (dok D3) 05-850 Duchnice, Poland, however, no later than within 14 days from the day you withdraw from the contract.

ATTENTION: UNDER THIS ADDRESS YOU DO NOT HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO DELIVER THE RETURN PERSONALLY.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The 14-day withdrawal period shall begin:

  • for the contract in which we deliver the goods, being obliged to transfer its ownership, from taking possession of the goods by you or a third party of your choice other than the carrier,
  • for digital content, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry.

Payments made by you, including the costs of delivering items on the terms specified in the regulations, will be refunded to you immediately, but no later than within 14 working days from the date of receiving from you a statement on withdrawal from the contract. (It is best to file a return by e-mail: shop@2rebel.eu )

We may withhold a refund of the payment received from you until we have received the item back or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earlier.

Returned goods must meet the following requirements: have a set of labels and an original box, may not wear any signs of use.

Complaints

If you are a consumer, in the event that a product purchased from us turns out to be defective, you have the right to advertise it on the basis of the warranty.

It is best to file a complaint by e-mail: shop@2rebel.eu 

Complained goods should be sent to the following address: 2REBEL / Omnipack Ożarowska 40/42 (dok D3) 05-850 Duchnice, Poland.

ATTENTION: UNDER THIS ADDRESS YOU DO NOT HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO DELIVER THE RETURN PERSONALLY.

In connection with the damage you can demand:

  • replacement of things with ones free from defects,
  • to eliminate the defect,

or make a statement to:

  • reduct a price;
  • withdraw from the contract - in case of a material defect.

We shall be liable to you for defects found within two years of the date of delivery.

As a rule, you may submit a complaint within one year from the observation of the defect, but the time for filing a complaint cannot end before the end of the period of liability of the seller

Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
